As we expand our technology partnerships, we seek a Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to help us develop and execute high-impact co-marketing strategies, accelerate integration adoption, and drive measurable business growth. Position Overview

As our Senior Partnership Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our technology partnership marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and partnership teams to design and implement scalable co-marketing programs that increase integration adoption, revenue growth, and partner success.

This strategic and hands-on role requires a strong mix of product marketing, partner enablement, and demand generation experience. You will lead launch strategies for new integrations, develop technical content, and drive measurable impact through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program Development & Execution

  • Develop and own comprehensive partnership marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Design and execute scalable, data-driven co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Build and optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new integrations, ensuring high-impact launches.
  • Define, measure, and report on key success metrics across all partner marketing initiatives.

Partner & Product Marketing

  • Own integration messaging, positioning, and value proposition development.
  • Create compelling technical and business narratives that clearly communicate integration benefits.
  • Develop and manage partner enablement programs, including training materials, sales collateral, and joint marketing resources.
  • Continuously refine programs based on partner feedback and performance analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead partner marketing strategy and execution, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with partners' marketing teams to develop and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic technology partners.
  • Align partnership marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.

Skills & ExperienceCore Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on partner and product marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling product narratives and partner marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership, working across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS partnerships and integrations.
  • Track record of building successful partner enablement programs.
  • Experience in technical product marketing and content development.
  • Proven success scaling partnership marketing initiatives and driving measurable adoption growth.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing materials.
