The Impact You'll Have
As a Senior Production Support Engineer, you will provide high-quality support to our customers by responding to inquiries via tickets, emails, and other channels. You will take ownership of responding to inquiries, issues, and escalations, performing problem-solving, diagnosing, root cause analysis, and generating corrective action plans for issues.
You will work cross-functionally to resolve problems and provide customer updates, becoming a Marqeta product expert in the process. You will assist in responding to alerts, data, and trends that have a customer impact, coordinating and executing internal projects to better improve the support process.
