Medical Receptionist (Urgent Care)

Job Duties Include
- Greeting and welcoming patients and guests when they enter the clinic
- Show empathy and genuine care to patients and guests and proactively communicate with them throughout their visit
- Answer phones, verify insurance, check in patients, and input patient information into our EMR (electronic medical record - there will be training, no experience required)
- Schedule reservations, and follow-up visits, communicate wait times, and take and relay messages with full detail when necessary

Preferred
- Bilingual
- Experience working in an urgent care or medical/healthcare setting
