Office Manager (Urgent Care)

Job Duties Include
- Day-to-day operations including hiring, training, and terminating staff
- Help with team bonding events and employee appreciation
- Assist in employee annual reviews and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensures the clinic procedures are continually and systematically followed, patient flow is enhanced, and customer service is extended to patients at all times

Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience managing an urgent care or clinical practice
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Medical assisting skills so you're able to help if necessary

Preferred
- Experience working in an urgent care setting
- Spanish speaking

Compensation
- $66,560 - 78,000 per year (depending on experience)
- The posted salary above reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include bonuses, and incentives related to quality and performance that apply to the position.
