Our current project, Home at Maricopa, is a 536 Unit Multi-family community with 6 apartment buildings and a clubhouse on 18.8 acres in the City of Maricopa. The apartment buildings are 4 and 5 story concrete and steel construction buildings. The clubhouse is a single-story wood framed building.
Project Location: 17635 N Porter Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85138
NOTE: We will have other projects located in North Phoenix and Paradise Valley in 2025
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager experienced with the management of drywall/metal stud framing construction. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of drywall/metal stud framing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. This role involves working closely with self-performed drywall/metal framing crew members and to ensure project success, while adhering to safety standards and industry regulations.
Job Duties /Responsibilities
- Ensure drywall/metal stud framing is being performed in accordance with the detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ability to develop schedule for drywall/framing crews to work in the most efficient and timely manner.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Work with senior management team to coordinate material purchases, deliveries and inventory.
- Conduct daily jobsite inspections and reports.
- Ensure that all drywall/framing installation meet quality standards and owner specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Project Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in drywall/metal framing industry.
- Minimum 3 years in supervisor role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and familiarity with estimating tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk project site for extended period of times.

- Occasionally required to but not limited to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
- Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
- Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- Must be able to safely climb ladders.
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
- May be required to work in hot and cold environments and on concrete floors.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In Person)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scottsdale, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). This is an in-person position and will require some travel to the jobsites.
