Amazon Advertising Manager – New York, NY (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute high-performing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Brands, Online Video, Sponsored Display, DSP,PVA).
- Implement A/B testing to refine audience targeting, creative strategies, and bidding models.
- Own budget management, ensuring advertising dollars are optimized for the highest return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving advertising features and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly ad performance reports across all brands, tracking key metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct post-event analysis for major promotional events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) and identify future optimization opportunities.
- Monitor competitor advertising trends and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Agency & External Partner Management
- Oversee relationships with Amazon advertising agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate agency performance and make recommendations for improvements or in-house transitions.
- Collaborate with Amazon reps and external partners to unlock new advertising opportunities and exclusive programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with seasonal promotions, product launches, and overall brand objectives.
- Create, maintain, and manage the branded tentpole event and Amazon Brand Store update calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotions and key brand moments.
- Collaborate with brand partners and stakeholders to feature their products in Amazon events, paid campaigns, and promotions for maximum visibility and sales impact.
- Communicate ad performance insights, optimizations, and strategic opportunities to brand managers and executive leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for growth.
Amazon Brand Store Management
- Own and maintain Amazon Brand Stores across all managed brands, ensuring they are updated with relevant promotions and aligned with overall brand strategy.
- Monitor Amazon Store traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, making data-backed improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of experience managing Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP) and e-commerce marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in Amazon’s advertising platform, including bid optimization and audience segmentation.
- Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage advertising strategies for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools to analyze ad performance.
- Experience with Canva or other design platforms for marketing assets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing large-scale ad budgets across multiple brands.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s latest advertising features (Amazon Marketing Cloud, Sponsored TV, etc.).
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Salary $90,000-$100,000 bonus
