Key Responsibilities
- Deliver chair-side clinical assistance to Doctors and Hygienists through patient education, charting, and operatory preparation and sanitation.
- Oversee patient flow to maintain efficient appointment schedules.
- Greet patients warmly and provide a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Take and process X-rays as required.
- Document patient treatment plans and maintain organized files per the Dentist’s guidance.
- Execute sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment areas.
- Monitor laboratory cases to ensure timely readiness for daily operations.
- Certified Dental Assistant with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to foster positive interactions with patients and team members.
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for patients and staff alike.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced dental environment.
- Dental Assistant Certification is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- X-Ray Certification is necessary, or the capability to obtain it promptly.
- Preferably certified in Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide administration.
