Job Title: Machine Operator (All Shifts Available)

$22.00–$27.00/hr (based on shift and experience)

We are seeking reliable Machine Operators for multiple departments and shifts with a well-established manufacturer in the plastics industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of machine operating experience.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift – Irradiation Operator

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • $22.00/hr

• 2nd Shift – Expansion Operator

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • $23.00/hr $0.50 shift differential = $23.50/hr

• 2nd Shift – Extrusion Operator (Training on 1st shift)

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • $23.00/hr $0.50 shift differential = $23.50/hr

• 3rd Shift – Expansion Operator (Training on 1st or 2nd shift)

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • $23.00/hr $4.00 shift differential = $27.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery in alignment with production goals and safety standards
• Read and follow Work Orders and production instructions
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality
• Measure and inspect products to meet specifications
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined and able to follow structured processes
• Comfortable with troubleshooting and making process adjustments
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
• Prior plastics industry experience is a plus
• Expansion Operators must have experience operating manual machines
