Our client in San Marcos is seeking a temporary Staff Accountant who will be assisting during a maternity leave. This individual will provide a range of services, including performing complex bookkeeping, accounting, and clerical tasks. They will apply standard accounting procedures to maintain accurate records and prepare financial, statistical, and management reports. The person in this role will report to the Accounting Manager.
- Pay Range : $32-40 / hr depending on experience
- Must be reliable and flexible to work 16 -24 weeks
- Work Schedule : Monday thru Friday (100% onsite) 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
Job Summary
The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial reports, and conducting budget analysis. Key duties include performing complex bookkeeping tasks, preparing reports, and supporting departmental projects in a fast-paced, quiet environment.
