What you’ll do :
As an Account Representative, you will help consumers take control of their financial future by utilizing excellent customer service and negotiating skills.
Professionally maintain performance expectations amongst numerous client portfolios through effective communication and creative problem-solving skills. This is accomplished by making and receiving as many quality phone calls on as many accounts as possible in order to quickly establish contact with consumers in order to collect up to date payments, educating and assisting consumers regarding their accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
- This position requires organization skills and the ability to multi-task. Representatives will navigate consumer’s accounts via computer, while simultaneously speaking to them on phone.
- Professional communication skills are necessary to thrive in the position, with both consumers, as well as peers and management
- Inquisitiveness and awareness are required to gather relevant information and effectively identify and solve problems.
- Candidate must be adept with phone and computer systems; possessing strong typing skills to quickly and accurately to look up or record account information.
- Candidate must be comfortable and effective at over the phone conversation, in a fast-paced call center environment.

Compensation : $19.50 – 20.50 per hour depending on experience
