What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Associate / Loss Prevention position at Marquee Staffing?
Job Responsibilities :
Process claims to help ensure timely closure of claims meeting dept SLA of 14 business days to close the claim and 24 hours to respond to the client once notified of an issue
Perform monthly inventory monitoring controls and work with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory inaccuracies
Monitor Neiman Marcus service desk email and slack to ensure all troubleshooting questions addressed timely
Participate in the semi- Annual physical inventory by assisting with the reconciliation of book to physical post each physical inventory and assisting with prep work leading up to the physical inventory
Ad hoc requests or special projects, as necessary
Skillsets
0-1 years in Claims or inventory control
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word
Effective communication (Read, write, verbalize) with internal and external clients
Must be highly attentive to detail
Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills
Nice to Haves : Experience with Client Service, Claims, or Inventory Control processes, Retail experience, Salesforce
