Remote Call Center Representative, Patient Scheduling (Bilingual Spanish)

Marquee Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound communications, appointment scheduling, and authorization processing while ensuring exceptional service to participants and providers.

This role is a remote position, but will require ocassional travel to Hollywood, CA.

Essential Job Duties :

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries , ensuring proper screening, resolution, transfer, and documentation according to company standards.
  • Review, process, schedule, and authorize orders in alignment with department protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all updates, encounters, and communications in source systems.
  • Effectively coordinate participant appointment scheduling , including managing conflicts, urgent needs, and communication with stakeholders (staff, family, providers, etc.), ensuring timely scheduling per company protocols.
  • Provide eligibility status and benefit information to participants.
  • Address participant and provider inquiries, including authorization status and requirements . Escalate unresolved issues as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a call center environment, specifically in a service / support role.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare scheduling, authorizations, or referrals.
  • Flexibility with work hours is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Salary : $22 - $23
