Bathroom Remodeler

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bathroom Remodeler to join our team as a sub-contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks and a passion for transforming spaces. As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Must be licensed and insured under your own business. Payment is amount agreed upon per job.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish for residential bathrooms.
• Utilize power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Perform tile work and sheet rocking work.
• Install cabinets, fixtures, and other components according to design plans.
• Conduct glass installation for shower doors when needed.
• Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools and heavy equipment for construction tasks.
• Experience with tiling and sheet rocking.
• Skilled in building structures that are plumb, level, and structurally sound.
• Have done bathroom remodeling before.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

• Construction: 1 year (Required)
