Overview Talent Services Support Analyst JOIN AN OUTSTANDING TEAM! As the Talent Services Support Analyst, you will support key technology systems that facilitate business processes as it relates to our current and future employees. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience with an ATS, HRIS, or LMS to enhance and maintain our current products and tools. Job Responsibilities :
- Provide training to technology users and assist end users with common issues
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify, document and communicate business needs as they pertain to our operating systems
- Define and validate business and functional requirements that would drive configuration changes within our processes or operating systems
- Become deeply knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects
- Understand and document interdependencies of neighboring business functions and integrated systems
- Understand the capabilities of core operating systems including the roadmap defined by the system / application manufacturer
- Document and analyze current business processes and supporting systems / applications
- Strong engagement with the IT Department to jointly provide highly available technology tools and comprehensive analytics.
- Develop healthy relationships with key technology vendors Job Requirements :
- Experience with at least one or multiple of the following applications : UKG, iCIMS, Freshservice or PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills especially when working with leaders and decision makers
- Sound judgement will be critical to the success of this position when making configuration or design changes to applications.
- Configuration experience with complex and highly configurable applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to quickly associate technology services with business processes
- Track record of building strong relationships with customers and 3rd parties
