Evening Clinical Manager working 3p-11pm Registered Nurse (RN Only) Supervisor (M-F with weekend on-call rotation)
Rate : $60.00 an hour
Sign on Bonus $15,000 for fulltime Evening Clinical Manager ( RN)
Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight and direction to clinical team
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned
- Responsible for wounds / QI / clinical
