Responsibilities of Regional Director of Business Development
- Leading the center team in identification of market strategy and business development opportunity and planning efforts.
- Proactively identifying, sourcing and establishing new referral sources, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Achieving facility census goals and annual budget projections.
- Conducting market evaluations and developing strategies to maximize center areas of specialization, points of differences to yield admission return.
- Driving community outreach efforts and events to showcase center points of difference.
- Promoting services and programs of nursing facilities to increase referral volume.
