Marquis Certified Home Care is looking for Registerd Nurses to work in Columbia County!
We are also looking for Full-Time / Part-Time or Per Diem RNs to work in any of the following locations :
Albany County
Schenectady County
Rensselaer County
Fulton / Montgomery County
Saratoga County
Schoharie County
Columbia County
What you will do :
- Provide physician orders per agency and regulatory requirements and within the limits of practice. The plan of care and re-evaluation occurs no less often than every 60 days.
- Comprehensive documentation appropriately reflects patient care from admission to discharge utilizing all Oasis assessment tools.
- Serves as a case manager directing multidisciplinary patients' plans of care
- Participates in the agency’s quality assurance program
- Provides written documentation of assessment and care delivery in a professional manner according to policy and within the designated period.
