What are the responsibilities and job description for the PER DIEM RN position at Marquis Home Care?
Rate: $50-$150; ASSIGNMENT BASED
RN NEEDED FOR PER DIEM WORK;
RN NEEDED FOR PER DIEM WORK;
- NYS Registered Nurse
- This is a position that would go between areas in the region; Herkimer County, Montgomery County, Fulton County, Greene County.
- Must have recent experience performing and entering UAS assessments for adult patients (preferably in an assisted living setting)
- Assessments must be done in person during hours that are acceptable to the home/residents
- Paperwork can be potentially done remotely
- Experience in doing UAS assessment to achieve RUG scores as it relates to physical/occupational/ speech therapy STRONGLY preferred
- Experience with OASIS assessments preferred but not required
Salary : $50 - $150
