Job Summary :
As a PTA with Marquis you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. You will help patients regain physical function, mobility, and independence by implementing therapy programs and providing support for their recovery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assist in the development of treatment plans tailored to patients' individual needs.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercises, mobility techniques, and equipment use.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary home health team to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding patient care.
