Duties & Responsibilities
Wash and clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance, both indoors and outdoors.
Use appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, smudges and stains.
Operate and maintain equipment such as high-pressure cleaning equipment, squeegees, ladders, scaffolding and manlifts.
Inspect windows for damage or wear and report any issues to management.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines when working at heights or with cleaning chemicals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environment, Health, and Safety training.
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between locations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
Pay Scale & Benefits Information
The starting wage for this position is $23/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience and qualifications.

- One-time annual salary to a maximum of $200,000 and premium 100% paid by Marquis
- Provides 60% of earnings, to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,500
- Provides 60% of earnings, to a maximum monthly benefit of $5,000
- Marquis offers a 5% company match
