Summary / Objective
This position is responsible for duties related to billing for Formosa and other South Division customers. Interreacts with both internal and external customers. Provides reports to customers as required.
Essential Functions
- Abide and follow Marquis safety rules and regulations
- Submits invoices to customers once approvals have been obtained
- Create daily job costing reports for customers during turnaround or as requested by customer
- Maintain strict daily deadlines
- Any other duties as assigned by management

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full- time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. This schedule is subject to change during TA and large Capital Projects.

Required Education and Experience
- Graduation from High School or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting, bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant Microsoft office software – primarily Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
- Accounts Receivable / Job costing knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Preferred Education and Experience
- Extensive detailed excel spreadsheets application knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Computer Ease Knowledge a plus
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Two years of increasingly responsible related experience or any equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Preferred individual would be Bilingual
- Experience working in the scaffolding and insulation
Work Authorization
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
