Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm, Friday from 12pm to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 4pm.

- Providing comprehensive care and support, including medical, dietary, hygienic, and behavioral support.
- Implementing incidental teaching and facilitating teamwork to achieve individual program goals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including case notes, incident reports, and safety logs.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid CT Driver's License.
- Department of Developmental Services medication certification.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- PMT certification.
