Reports To: Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Executive of Housekeeping
Supervises: N/A
Shift Times: Primarily 6am to 2:30pm, 3pm to 11:30pm on weekdays & weekends (subject to change based on business needs)
Job Purpose: As a Lobby Attendant at Marriott Atlanta Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that the public space areas of the hotel and existing flooring materials of the hotel are properly protected from soil, cleaned regularly, and maintained to a high level of appearance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cleaning and preventive maintenance program for all flooring surfaces of the hotel.
- Clean and maintain public space areas of the hotel to a high level of appearance.
- Keep abreast of all new cleaning procedures, cleaning products and technology that can be used in maintaining and enhancing the public space areas of the hotel.
- Work with other hotel departments to build a "team" approach to maintaining the hotel's public spaces.

Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- 6 months' experience in cleaning hotels and general areas.
Physical Requirements and working conditions:
- Ability to speak and hear.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Close and distance vision.
- Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs.
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
