Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and address any special needs or preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring all amenities are stocked and available for guests.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay informed about local attractions, events, and hotel offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have 2 years of customer service experience or F&B operations
- Must have Food Safety Certification
