Overview
Our Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position is responsible for accurate allocation of all revenue to the appropriate departments, reconcile revenue across departments daily, and complete all required reports in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis.
- Balance and reconcile all cash receipts and transactions completed during the audit shift, and ensure cash deposits are made promptly.
- Prepare the front office for the upcoming shift, resetting systems and operations for the day’s business.
- Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Participate in all front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach.
- Engage in all training and cross-training opportunities, continually enhancing skill sets.
Education and Experience
- 1 year of previous experience as a Night Auditor or Guest Service in hospitality required
- Marriott and FS PMS experience highly preferred
Pay Rate: $21.00/ hour
