Job Summary
The VIP Lounge Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to guests within our exclusive lounge area. The Executive Lounge Attendant will administer professional, personalized service for each guest that visits our VIP lounge.
Two Positions Available:
- AM: Mon thru Friday, 530 AM to 1130 AM
- PM: Sunday thru Thursday, 330 PM to 930 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Keep VIP Lounge areas organized and clean at all times.
- Promote special events or offers available in the lounge or hotel to enhance guest engagement.
- Fulfill opening and closing shift duties.
- Support F&B leadership as necessary.
Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have 2 years of customer service experience or F&B operations
- Must have Food Safety Certification
Rate of Pay: $19.00
Job Type: Full-time
