Responsibilities
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs for guests during the night shift.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Assist with phone etiquette by answering calls professionally and addressing guest needs effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
