We are seeking experienced maintenance personnel with handyman skills to join our team for a full time or part time position. The ideal candidate will ensure the maintenance and functionality of hotel facilities, contributing to a positive guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Assist with emergency maintenance requests as needed.
**Basic Requirements:**
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Knowledge of various maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
**Preferred Qualities:
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.-
