Part Time Night Auditor - Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Night Auditor at our Chicago Marriott Northwest in Hoffman Estates, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable first impression for our guests. Your engaging personality and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to our goal of providing guests with an unforgettable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
• Creating invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees and contractors
• Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
• Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
• Other duties as assigned.

Part Time Night Auditor Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalency required.

· A minimum of 2-3 years of night auditor experience is required

· Experience with FSPMS is required

· Full service hotel experience preferred

Part Time Night Auditor Skills:

· Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector

· Proficient mathematical skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent problem-solving abilities

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Capacity to multitask effectively

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Availability to work overnight shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
