ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and payments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guests have a seamless experience.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in reservation management and optimizing seating arrangements.
- Clear and effective verbal communication abilities.

- Strong multitasking capabilities, including phone handling and coordination with servers.

- Meticulous attention to detail in seating and guest requests.

- Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance consistently.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to routinely, stand and walk for long periods of time; may be required to sit for long periods of time; use hands and fingers repetitively; view computer screens for long periods of time; use office equipment, including a telephone; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel or crouch and frequently required to walk, climb stairs, talk and hear.
- May be required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
