Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- The Assistant Director of Housekeeping assists in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
- Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
- Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
What You'll Bring
Pay Range : $60,000- $70,000
