Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by serving food and beverages with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment for optimal productivity.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required for this role.
- No related work experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- No supervisory experience is required, as we focus on developing the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Licenses/Certifications: None are required for this position.
Benefits and Compensation:
