Responsibilities and Expectations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Repair and maintain tools and equipment to prevent downtime.
- Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting.
- Valid driver's license.
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification.
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements.
