Hotel Facilities Maintenance
Marriott International is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to our guests by promptly addressing and resolving maintenance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and attend to guest repair requests in a timely manner
- Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
- Identify and operate all shut-off valves for equipment
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational or technical background in general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration preferred
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience required
- Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification required
