We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, where they will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role demands a high level of professionalism, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Accountabilities:

• Welcome guests and accurately determine the number in their party
• Expertly seat guests by identifying available tables and providing personalized service
• Guide guests through the resort's dining areas, offering assistance and creating a memorable atmosphere
• Adhere to strict cleanliness standards, practicing 'clean-as-you-go' procedures

Essential Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior work experience necessary

Compensation Package:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year
