The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while dining outdoors.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities
Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
