In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner. Your responsibilities will include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, cleaning work areas and supplies, and ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the Food and Beverage department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess basic math skills and be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash and credit transactions. High school diploma or equivalent required.
