Job Description: Guest Experience Coordinator
The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort seeks a highly motivated and organized Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through excellent service, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our guests
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all food and beverage areas
- Ensure accurate communication of menu offerings and promotions to guests
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
