- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our spa services and amenities, as well as current trends within the industry, to effectively engage with guests and make informed recommendations
- Financial Transactions: Process guest payments for spa/salon services, manage cash tips, and maintain accurate records of transactions
