Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to established housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals and maintain efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional items or services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality sector is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies used in hotel or commercial environments is advantageous.
