Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Host is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the food and beverage experience meet or exceed guest expectations. This includes taking room service orders over the phone, answering questions on menu selections, and providing information about various wines. In addition, the Food and Beverage Host will place and log call backs for room service orders, notify guests and management of delays in service delivery, and communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
