Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receiving and Stocking Associate to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and staging merchandise, completing requisition forms, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also ensure the quality and freshness of perishable items and report any issues to your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Maintain inventory levels and notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner.
• Inspect deliveries and date times to verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality throughout case lots.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
