We're seeking a Guest Service Support Expert to provide exceptional support in our food and beverage operations. As a key member of our team, you'll take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.
From setting tables and assisting the kitchen to cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make all the difference. Whether working during the day or evening shifts, you'll be on your feet and moving around, managing menus, and taking a hands-on approach to work.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time, manage your menu knowledge, and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
