Job Description:
- Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with specific responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management.
- Interface with General Manager with regards to all property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and/or procedures.
- Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the front office operations.
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherences to all management company policies and procedures.
- Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written from with guests and associates.
- Respond accurately and completely to people to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide services as required.
- Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
- Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
- Possess good communication and organizational skills.
- Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to the Front Office staff.
