We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Specialist who possesses excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or certification in HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience; supervisory experience not required.
- Valid driver's license and refrigeration/electrical certification required.
