Visalia Marriott at the Convention Center is a hotel located in Visalia, California. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager-Chief Engineer. The Facilities Manager-Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs, and renovations of the hotel's facilities and systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. The Facilities Manager-Chief Engineer will also manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
*Experience in facilities management and mechanical systems maintenance and preventative maintenance
*Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of safety and building codes
*Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
*Hospitality Engineering or related field is preferred
