 As the Director of Catering and Conference Services (DOCC), you’ll be the heart of creating unforgettable events that embody the spirit of Aloha. Guiding a dedicated team, you’ll ensure seamless coordination of catering, conference logistics, and event operations, all with warmth and attention to detail that reflect our island’s hospitality. Your strategic leadership will not only boost revenue but also enhance guest satisfaction, while upholding the highest standards of service and quality. Partnering with clients, you’ll bring their visions to life through personalized proposals infused with the essence of our Hawaiian culture. With a focus on budget management, nurturing vendor relationships, and fostering continuous innovation, you’ll help ensure that every event radiates excellence and leaves a lasting impression, embodying the Aloha spirit our resort is known for.

5 to 6 years’ of work-related and leadership experience.
Skills to effectively supervise and manage the department and meet goals.
Ability to analyze financial information.
Ability to investigate and resolve complaints promptly.
Must be pleasant, smiling and friendly.

The salary range for this position is $78,556 to $117,849 annually.
