Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Palmer Gosnell Hospitality, LLC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Duties:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner.- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.- Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements:- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guest and staff in a professional manner.- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.- Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
