Job Description
Position Summary: Provide high-quality nail care services to guests, including manicures and pedicures. Assess guest needs, inquiring about any contraindications and examining skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition and appearance. Advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care, demonstrating and promoting spa/salon retail products.
Nail Care Services:
Guest Experience: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities and thanking them with genuine appreciation.
Maintenance and Safety: Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift. Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements: State Nail Technician License. At least 1-year of related work experience. Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
