As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and initiating Food and Beverage (F&B) outlet operations, including outlet marketing, food and wine promotions, customer service, and inventories. You will also assist with menu development, recipe creation, and food preparation for the designated outlet.
Developing beverage programs within the parameters of the company's national agreements is another key responsibility, as well as maintaining established policies and procedures within the designated outlet.
You will develop and execute the strategic plan, including budget administration, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control, and inventory management.
The successful candidate will have experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or a related professional area, with a high school diploma or GED required. A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major may be considered in lieu of experience.
